If you are interested in sharing about products on social media, while also carrying and selling physical inventory, you can sign up for both programs. ### Do affiliates have to carry inventory or fulfill orders? Nope! Just get your unique link from the affiliate area on the site and share it anywhere. When your followers order through your link, you’ll earn a 15% commission. We’ll ship directly to them. ### Do I get a discount on my personal orders? Yes! With our affiliate program, you'll get a 15% discount on your orders using a unique code if you have met the sales quota of $50 in sales within the past three months. With our wholesale program, you can get products for yourself within your bulk discount orders. ### How much commission do I earn in the affiliate program? Commission starts at 15%. After your first $1000 in sales it gets bumped up to 20%. ### How do affiliates get paid? No. “MLM” stands for “Multi-Level Marketing,” which means people join as part of a team, and you need to recruit others to earn commission on their sales, too. We don’t have multiple levels; everyone just earns a commission on the sales they personally make. There is no team building, no downlines, nothing like that. ### I’m not a sales person and I have no idea how to sell. Can I still do either program? Yes! The people we want are those who are passionate about natural products. You do not have to have any kind of sales training. We will help you figure out what to say, and offer some training. A: Our minimum order size for wholesale orders is $250 after the 40% discount has been applied. (around $425 at retail value.) *We understand that every business is unique, and we’re happy to work with you to find a solution that meets your needs. A: When you're logged into your account on our website, you can switch between customer mode and wholesale mode right from your Cart page using the toggle options: - If you’re in customer mode, you’ll see a “Convert to Wholesale Cart” button. - If you’re in wholesale mode, you’ll see a “Convert to Customer Cart” button. You can also access all Wholesale Tools directly from your Account Dashboard anytime. (If you don’t see the wholesale options right away, logging out and back in usually resolves it.) Once your cart reaches a $425 retail value, your 40% wholesale discount will automatically be applied! ### Q: Do you offer free shipping on wholesale orders? What are shipping times like? A: No, free shipping is not available on wholesale orders. Wholesale shipping rates are calculated based on order size and shipping destination. Generally, the processing turnaround time for wholesale orders is 1-3 weeks, depending on the order size and if we have had a sale around the time you ordered. Once it leaves our warehouse then the shipping will vary depending on the carrier who picks up the order. ### Q: Is there a required frequency for wholesale ordering? A: No, we do not have any mandatory ordering requirements. You can order products whenever you need them. ### Q: Are products sealed/can they be? A: At this time, we don’t currently offer that service. Some of our products, like our lotions, do include an inner seal, and expanding seals to additional items is part of our long-term goals. We’re committed to keeping our products affordable, which means we operate without loans or outside investors (to which we would then be beholden). As a result, we can keep our prices low while maintaining high quality standards. It also means that we upgrade equipment gradually and prioritize the most essential needs first. A: We understand that every business is unique, and we’re happy to provide personalized recommendations based on your specific needs. However, reselling on Amazon is not permitted due to our exclusive contract with another company to ensure product quality. ### Q: Are your products certified organic? A: While our products are not yet certified organic, we only use the highest quality, natural ingredients, most of which are certified organic. We’re actively working on obtaining organic and non-GMO certification, which we expect to have later this year. ### Q: What is your return policy if there is an issue with a product (via customer) or if I don’t sell all the products? A: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all of our products. You (the wholesaler who purchased from Earthley) can get a refund for the wholesale price during the first 30 days. If a customer purchases an Earthley product from a wholesaler and wishes to return the product, then the customer must reach out to the wholesaler that the product was purchased from for a refund (from the wholesaler). The wholesaler should have their own return policy to help their customers. The wholesaler may then request a refund as mentioned above (during the 30-day money-back return policy). ### Q: Can I tour your facility/see how the products are made? A: Yes, we would be happy to arrange a tour of our facility.
