## What You’ll Need

- Use roughly ¼ cup of each herb by volume:
- Dandelion leaf Astragalus root Elderflower Echinacea angustifolia root Amla berries Ginger root
- ½ cup warm filtered water
- ¾ cup organic vegetable glycerin
- Pint-sized mason jar (and a clean one for later)
- Cheesecloth or French press

## How to Make It

**Step 1 – Add the Herbs **

Place all herbs into a clean mason jar.

**Step 2 – Mix the Liquid **

Stir together warm water and glycerin. Pour over herbs until fully covered.

Shake well.

**Step 3 – Infuse **
