Q: Calm and Clarity has catnip; isn’t that for cats?
A: Catnip isn’t just for cats! That silly reaction is due to a genetic sensitivity to catnip that produces an exciting reaction. In humans, catnip has the complete opposite effect.
Q: How often can I take Calm and Clarity?
A: Some people prefer to take Calm and Clarity more than once per day. That is fine, but we recommend not exceeding the daily recommended dosage. For ages 2 – 6, we recommend 5 drops per day. For ages 6 – 12, we recommend 10 drops per day. For ages 13+, we recommend 20 – 30 drops per day. Calm and Clarity is taken orally and can be mixed into juice, tea, or another beverage for easier consumption.
Q: I feel I could use some more support; can Calm and Clarity be paired with another product?
A: Yes, all Earthley Wellness products are safe to take together, except for Digest Support, which should be taken by itself 30 minutes before meals.
Q: There is sediment at the bottom of my tincture bottle or discoloration of the dropper; what is it?
A: Since our products are made from herbs, sometimes herbal sediment isn’t completely strained. Chances are, if you notice any sediment at the bottom of the bottle or discoloration at the tip of the dropper, it’s from the herbs. As long as the product isn’t passed the two-year shelf-life and doesn’t smell rancid, it’s still safe to use.
