This paste is just how it is described. You use very little and it does a LOT of work. Because I use natural soaps and have hard water, I get a nasty tub ring in my bathtub. This paste takes it out in 5 minutes or less with very minimal scrubbing with a soft sponge. I have also used it on my sinks which leaves it very shiny.

This product is amazing! Nothing I’ve used ever got those orange rust stains out of my tub, no matter how much I’d scrub, but this did! It smells wonderful too! I’m not usually a person who gets scented things because I’m sensitive to them, but I find I can handle this one really well. I hardly had to use any of the paste to get a good clean too – only used the smears on the cap for cleaning my tub! I’m happy I can get a powerful clean without any of the toxic chemicals! I didn’t even need to use gloves whith this like I usually have to. It didn’t dry out my hands at all.

I received this yesterday and tried it out almost immediately. Works wonders and rinses away very easily, so there’s no added waste of water to get rid of any residue. My husband doesn’t rinse his sink after washing his face with the charcoal soap, so his sink is usually black/gray in color and the Cleaning Paste took care of it with no issue – as in tons of chemicals or tons of “elbow grease”. I like product so much, I even cleaned the kitchen sink before going to bed – I normally dread cleaning the kitchen sink.

I gave this 3 stars and I want to start off first explaining why and letting y’all know that I have only tried this one 3 SURFACES. So I am reviewing it just for its ability on those 3 surfaces and my experiences. Otherwise, I have heard this stuff is amazing!
Let me set the mood: I have an electric stove top. It’s white. It’s from the 60s. One drop of water (this is not a exaggeration) will leave a black burnt mark. The cleaning paste was able to get off small and thin areas like water just fine, but sometimes crap happens and things overflow and get really cooked on- boiling noodles, rice, broth, etc. It didn’t work the best for me for the really stuck on areas. I do have another natural product that does the trick. I have also used this on my counter top on spilled koolaid. Fairly soon after it spilled, and then a few days after the koolaid had been wiped up but not cleaned well enough so it left the faint stain. When used fairly soon after the spill, it got it up fine but it wasn’t able to get the set in stain. I do have another natural product I use that does get the issues mention above out but with that said- the other product I use is literally the only other product that has ever been able to help me and I’ve tried everything from lemon, to baking soda and vinegar etc. So Earthley’s cleaning paste is definitely a solid second choice for me. The last surface I’ve used it on was my sink. Our sink has been ew since be purchased the home 9 years ago. I’ve been able to get most of the crusted on stuff off obviously since then, but it defin5 needs help everyol once in a while. The cleaning paste did a pretty good job for water spots. I set some on around the faucet knobs and let it sit to see if it could get up the remaining limescale but it couldn’t. But AGAIN: who knows how many YEARS that limescale had been sitting there before we got the home ourselves, then it’s been another 9 with us here so keep that in mind!
