I just ordered this and love it. I plan to order more for my kids. It’s exfoliating texture is actually not overpowering, and leaves my skin feeling refreshed instead of overly dry. I do wish it had the same minty smell the charcoal facial far has, just to make the face washing process more enjoyable. And, it does seem to separate some if I don’t shake and squeeze the tube before opening it. But, this tube will last a long time, so it’s a worth while investment and I will make sure to keep it stocked in my shower.

This stuff has been amazing! Paired with the rejuvenate me facial serum, I have noticed a positive difference in my skin, which is typically oily and acne prone. Since switching over to natural products, with the Earthley products, I definitely have noticed a change and I feel like it’s too good to be true but it really is considering other people have noticed! I’m someone who needs to exfoliate my skin but also moisturize properly and this delivers both. I do have to agree the packaging isn’t ideal and would like an easier way to get it out of the tube but other than that, I highly recommend this!

Like others have said, love the product, not the bottle. I used mine maybe 10 times and when I went to squeeze it out, the product popped open the top and started oozing out. I put it in another container but it doesn’t feel as nice. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.

My ONLY complaint as others have mentioned, is the container! It’s so hard to get out. Mine has bite marks and cuts in it to open the passage to make it easier. I’d love to see these in a glass container like other products Earthley has. Worth every penny!

Originally, when I bought this, it came in soft packaging and spilled open and got everywhere. The next round came secure, and so far, I am liking it. The grit is just enough to exfoliate but not so harsh that it feels like it is damaging the skin. The ingredients are simple, not sudsy, and seem to be leaving my face feeling soft and not oily!

I struggle with dry skin and cleansers and soaps leave my face feeling super tight and dry. Ive tried everything from cleansers you find at your local pharmacy to expensive cleansers and same results. When I switch to natural products I struggled to find hydrating products for my face. First time I tried this cleanser I was blown away at how soft and hydrated my skin felt, so much so, that I didn’t even feel the need to put on my moisturizer (Earthley’s as well). It is a very gentle exfoliation and smells yummy. Yes, the packaging is not the best, it is hard to get it out. I cut it and put the product in a little jar. But even with that issue the product works so well that I’ll be ordering it even if they never fix the issue. It is a must for me and highly recommend it, specifically if you have dry skin like me.

I was pleasantly surprised by this cleanser. I love the smell!! And while it is a bit oily feeling, it doesn’t leave my skin oily.. just clean! I also like the amount of exfoliant in the cleanser. It’s not too harsh, but not so gentle that is does nothing. The opening to the tube could stand to be wider to get the product out easier, but I usually have no problem getting it out by unscrewing the lid and giving it a good squeeze.

This cleanser is great for cleaning my skin, exfoliating and leaving a soft, not-dried-out feel afterwards which was exactly what I wanted. I struggle with dry skin and most cleansers leave my skin feeling tight and dry and then I’m having to put extra moisturizer on to makeup for it. I use this in combination with the dry skin moisturizer and the deep healing serum and the eye serum as part of a daily routine. I like using it all but even if I didn’t have the other products I feel like this leaves my skin with enough moisture that I could go without the other stuff and be fine. However, my one complaint is, like everyone else, the packaging is bad. I used the bottle two or three times and the bottom end (the sealed part) blew open a hole. It was so thick I was squeezing with all my might trying to get some out. Once the hole formed in the other side, I just left the lid closed and squeezed it out of that side. Hopefully they can resolve this as I think it’s a good product overall.

I loved this cleanser but had such a hard time getting it out that I cut the top off and emptied it into a jar. After doing that the product got gross from water dripping in it and it wasn’t useable. If this product came out of the tube I would definitely be buying it!
