Usage

I started taking this herbal tincture to regulate my luteal phase completely before trying to conceive baby number four. My periods had been pretty good since 7/8 months postpartum except my luteal phase was 11 days instead of the ideal 12-14 days. As soon as I started taking this my next cycle was text book perfect. I had great regulated BBTs and my luteal phase was 13 days which was the first time I’d had a good luteal phase since birthing our third baby. I think it’s the vitex that did the trick but whatever it was I was thankful to know my body was balanced well.

Pretty similar story, I have had irregular cycles ever since I stopped taking hormonal BC years ago. When we wanted to start trying, I made some other changes and started to get a more regular cycle but they were still a little unpredictable (also super long) and when tracking my LH with an OPK I never got a great spike (to predict ovulation) and was so confused.
