What is this sorcery?! I have PCOS, endometriosis..which means terribly painful and irregular periods (very long cycles) along with terrible PMS. I took this for FOUR days and experienced emotional balance (a lot more patience, no anxiety, and I didn’t lose my cool at all being a toddler mom) and then got my period within 3 days making it a 33 day cycle which I’m anywhere from 40-55 days. And that isn’t even the best part…the energy. My oh my have I gotten some energy and lasts all day long. It makes me want to cry just thinking about how fatigued I’ve been for so long. I started taking this to hopefully regulate my cycle so natural family planning (aka preventing) would be easier. Um… It did regulate my cycle and thanks to it happening so quickly I miscalculated my dates and wound up pregnant. Whoops

I am here to sing the praises of Lunamore! I have never really dealt with PMS before but the last year it has been a struggle along with feelings of sadness, depression, pain during ovulation, incredibly painful period cramps. Seems to help; sweet tasting. I’ve been taking Lunamore for a few months now. I only take it for a day or two before my period and the first 2 or 3 days of my period. This product does not work for me. I am not menopausal; however, I am in pre-menopause, but the flashes and the pms symptoms are as bad or worse. This may be better for someone who is already in menopause. I do not feel as though it supports my metabolism. Having said that, I previously used the natural balance hormone tincture and it was a miracle in a bottle. I switched hoping to achieve the same results with a more economical option. Didn’t work out, so I’m gladly switching back to the natural balance I used before.
