I wasn’t really sure how to use this at first, so I read all the reviews on here. I started applying it behind my ears and down my jawline and on my lymph nodes in my neck every night to help prevent sinus pressure from building up while I sleep. I’ve also used it to help relieve tension in my neck/shoulders. I feel like it has really helped in both cases! While I do still experience some sinus pressure at night, it hasn’t amounted into anything at all and I also feel like it has relieved muscle tension. I also use this sometimes after dry brushing to keep the lymph flowing. I love the texture of this cream, it’s light and not super greasy, and only has a mild smell that isn’t bad at all.

I ordered this when I woke up one morning and had an enlarged lymph node on the side of my neck. I had castor oil so i used that on it until this came in. It wasn’t long actually! I used as directed and after two days of using it, it was much smaller. It is quite oily and if you’re using it on your neck like I was, just make sure you use a towel or something so you don’t mess up sheets or clothes.

I don’t know how I could give this lymphatic cream anything less than 5 stars! A little backstory: I’ve had a VERY swollen lymph node in my neck for almost 20 years. When I was around 15 years old my mom took my to a doctor to get my swollen lymph node looked at. I wasn’t sick, but we didn’t know why it was still so swollen. The doctor said that if I don’t have any symptoms of being sick, it’s fine and sometimes they just get swollen and stay that way….so for the past 20 years I’ve been living with a swollen lymph node . I’ve always wondered if it would ever go away or why it had to stay that way. It’s been painful at times, especially when I do get sick.
I read the reviews on here and thought, I’ll give this a try, but didn’t know if it could help “unclog” my lymph node since it’s been so long.
Well, I’m here to say IT WORKED!! I rubbed a small amount on my neck where the swollen lymph node was and went about my day. That evening I checked it and it was gone!! The swelling went away and I did the happiest of dances!
The next day under my arm on that side was sore (probably because of the drainage) so I rubbed more of the cream on that morning all over the rest of my lymph nodes, gave myself a lymphatic massage to encourage the drainage and I’ve started feeling better and better!
I told my mom about this stuff and she tried some a felt the benefits right away as well and just ordered her own jar!

So this product I got just because of reviews. I had been using it for a full 2 weeks and felt nothing different so I stopped using it. This helped us drastically decrease my sons cradle cap. It was so bad. Everyone was telling me it was the worst they had ever seen.
