Shelf Life: 1 year. The mint version is NOT safe for pregnancy (wintergreen), and may not be safe for nursing (peppermint) if you are especially sensitive to mint. Mint version: ages 10+. Unscented: ages 1+. Citrus: ages 1+, but may cause photosensitivity, so avoid excessive sun exposure for 18 hours after using.

FAQs
Q: Are these pregnancy and breastfeeding safe?
A: These are pregnancy safe and breastfeeding safe, however we do not recommend using the mint scented muscle rub because it may cause a decrease in milk supply.
Q: My product arrived melted. What should I do?
A: The quality of this product is not affected. Simply place the item in the fridge to re-harden it!
Q: How much magnesium is in Magic Muscle Ease?
A: Approximately 120 mg per 1 teaspoon.
Q: Why is the Mint version not recommended in children?
A: Due to the mint and wintergreen essential oils, we suggest using the Citrus version because the mint and wintergreen may cause respiratory issues in young children. Essential oils are powerful and using caution with young children is advised.
Q: What are the essential oil dilution rates for this product?
A: Mint: 2% Citrus: 4%
