It seems like most people aren’t used to the taste of herbs I don’t find the taste that bad, quite hay like. But I can relate it to tea. I have found some relief using this product and I’m happy about that! No Benadryl in this house! We have huge blooming Palo Verde trees in our yard and they cause just the worst allergies. Strong and somewhat aweful taste but works well! II take it straight and would be much better if i put in juice or something, but i dont drink juice 🙂 I have always had sever allergies but have gotten alot better after getting off of gluten. I have chronic sinus issues, and occasionally get headaches along with the frequent sinus infections. Last week I had such a bad sinus headache and pressure that I drove home from work during lunch to take some of this, out of desperation.
