I have searched for a natural solution for my seasonal allergies FOREVER! I have relied on OTC allergy medications (combination pills and nasal sprays daily year round) for the past 10 years because everything “natural” that I tried either didn’t work at all or only helped slightly. I stopped all of them in December, 2021. I started using Sinus Saver daily in January, 2022. So far this spring, my allergies are about the same as they were with the OTC meds, except I am only taking Sinus Saver, so I am now chemical-free in combating seasonal allergies! The flavor took some adjusting to as it is a little harsh. I tried mixing it with water and juice, but have found it is easier to just drop it under my tongue and let it do its work! Once it hits my throat, I feel it work immediately as my nasal and sinus passages open up, so the flavor is a non-issue now. I still get a sinus headache from air pressure changes every so often, but they were much more manageable this winter with Sinus Saver in my regimen.
