I love how soft this makes our skin and does help with dry patches, but there are small, hard, waxy pieces in ours–I’m note sure if something separated or not? They don’t rub in when I put the balm on my body, but rather fall to the ground after the balm is rubbed in. I’m not sure what it is or how to remix it.

I am a huge fan of earthley products but this product just didn’t seem to work for us. I tried it on my dry elbows and I didn’t notice any improvement. I also used it on my 4 mon old eczema patches on his face. Unfortunately, it didn’t work us, he ended up scratching even more after application and his cheeks seemed to flare up more and cause oozing sounds. I did like how fast it absorbed and how soft it was but didn’t see much for improvement.
