I have only been using this product a week, but believe I may be seeing some changes to shout about. I am generally a very hot person, not as in hot flashes, but hot all the time. We can have our air on 74 degrees and if I begin to do the most mild housework, like sweeping the floor, I get really hot. Also I need constant airflow to not feel hit, i.e. ceiling fan. I cannot sleep at night with temp above 69 and use a fan, prefer lower temp too. Since using this product I have been able to tolerate comfortably higher temps. Yesterday, I did not turn the air on all day, it reached 79 in my house, and I was ok, no fans either, but nice breeze. I am attributing it to this product. Second, it tastes great!!!!!
The only thing i am wondering if it should be taken with or without food, or can be taken with my daily magnesium and CLO.

Prior to starting this tincture, I would typically be exhausted by bed time and pretty much fall asleep when my head hit the pillow. But after I started taking this, I actually had issues with not being tired at my normal bed time.
I also noticed a significant reduction in hair loss and a subtle increase in libido.
But one of the biggest things that I noticed is kind of hard to explain. I had a sort of subtle but profound mental shift. I was really looking forward to this tincture. I have hypothyroidism and Hashimotos. I am on a hormone supplement and have been for years. Despite the regular bloodwork and adjustments, I still suffered with symptoms. When I started taking the tincture, I started out slowly and increased every four days or so. I found a dose that worked for me. It took some time and paying attention to my body but I felt great. This tincture has a nice taste as well. I don’t usually have a problem with nightshades and this tincture proved to have no negative side effects. It was quite the opposite! After I started taking it, I noticed my brain fog was lifting and I had more energy during that 3 pm slump. I felt I had more energy using this product which is huge with Hashimotos. I usually feel the need for a nap around 3 in the afternoons, but this improved while taking this. I feel this product also helped some with anxiety and maybe slight weight loss, but I didn’t have enough of this product to see those through.
