### Q: You say the soap dish is mold and mildew resistant, but mine seems to have mold or mildew on it. Why is that?

A: While this soap dish does resist mildew and mold, leaving wet or not allowing it to dry between uses will cause it to have mold or mildew. We suggest keeping it out of the shower, away from water when not in use, and allowing it to fully dry between uses to avoid this issue.
