CONTEST PERIOD: You may enter the Contest between 8:00:00 am Eastern Time on October 8, 2026, and 11:59:59 pm Eastern Time on October 12, 2026 (“Contest Period”). 3. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Contest, eligible participants must submit an Honest Product Review Entry on the corresponding product page displayed at www.earthley.com (the “Website”) during the Contest Period regarding an Earthley product that the participant has actually used, and the review must be published by Sponsor on the Website. An “Honest Product Review Entry” must comply with the following: A. Reflect the participant’s genuine opinion and actual experience with the Earthley product; B. Identify the Earthley product actually used by the participant; C. Not contain false or misleading statements including claims that misrepresent participant’s experience with the product; D. Not contain unlawful, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate material; and E. Comply with any other product review guidelines of the Website, these Contest rules, or otherwise presented to participant at the time of submission. Your review does not need to be positive to enter the Contest or win. Positive, neutral, and negative reviews are equally eligible. The content or star rating of your review will not affect your chances of winning. Because the opportunity to win a prize is an incentive for submitting the review, participants must clearly disclose the incentive in connection with their review. Sponsor may provide or facilitate the following disclosure: “I submitted this review as part of an Earthley Wellness giveaway.” Sponsor may use a substantially similar disclosure where necessary to accommodate the technical requirements of its review platform. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent or generated by automated means may be disqualified. Participants are limited to one Honest Product Review Entry per product. Submission of a review does not guarantee that the review will be published on the Website, however Sponsor will not exclude an otherwise qualifying Honest Product Review Entry merely because it expresses a negative opinion of Sponsor or its products. Each published Honest Product Review Entry is permitted only one entry into the Contest, unless otherwise specified in these Contest rules. Eligibility is at the sole discretion of Sponsor, and Sponsor shall be entitled to reject any entrant for any reason or no reason at all without having to provide an explanation. Sponsor reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or terminate the Contest for any reason and without prior notice to any participant. In such instance, Sponsor may, if and as appropriate, select a winner or winners using reasonable means that are materially consistent with these official rules. 4. PRODUCTS: Any Earthley manufactured product that is available for purchase and/or free download on the Website during the Contest Period is an eligible product for purposes of an Honest Product Review Entry. 5. PRIZE DETAILS: Each winner will receive one (1) Twenty-Five Dollar ($25.00) credit towards products for purchase on the Website. 7. SELECTION OF WINNERS: Ten (10) Winners will be selected via random drawing on or about October 15, 2026, from all eligible entries received. All winners are subject to verification, including without limitation, verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. 8. ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. 9. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Finalists are solely responsible for any taxes on their respective prizes, if any, and will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the taxable value of their prize pursuant to applicable law. No substitution of prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prizes are non-transferable. Unclaimed or returned undeliverable prizes will not be awarded. If a prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value. If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion to cancel, modify or terminate the Contest. Further, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual deemed to be: (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or any Sponsor or Contest-related web site; (b) violating the Official Rules; or (c) violating Website terms of service, conditions of use and/or applicable general rules or guidelines. This Contest is offered only in the United States and is governed by the laws of the state of Ohio. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified via email within two (2) weeks of the end of the Contest Period. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within five (5) days after the notification tag is sent, is deemed ineligible, or if a winner is otherwise unable to accept their prize, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner at Sponsor’s discretion. Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility/publicity release where permitted by law and at Sponsor’s discretion. 11. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Contest, the Participant releases Sponsor and the Contest Parties from any and all claims, damages or liabilities arising from or relating to such Participant’s participation in the Contest. By accepting a prize in the Contest, winners agree that the Sponsor and Contest Parties shall not be liable for any loss or injury resulting from participation in the Contest, acceptance or use of any prize. 12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Participant acknowledges and agrees as follows: 1) that all disputes, causes of action and claims connected to or arising in any way from participant’s participation in the Contest shall be resolved on an individual basis (i.e., class action suits are waived by participant), and exclusively by the state or federal courts situated in Franklin County, Ohio; 2) that the laws of the state of Ohio shall apply, without regard to its conflict of laws principles; and 3) that the Sponsor and the participant waive any right to a trial by jury. 13. PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Contest constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes without additional compensation. 14.
