Usage
Massage a small amount (pea-sized) into any lumps or sore spots in your breast. Repeat every 3 – 4 hours until the sore spot disappears.

Q: Do I need to wipe this off before nursing my baby?
A: No, this is baby safe and you do not need to wipe it off.
Q: How often can this be used?
A: As often as needed.
Q: Will this stain my clothes?
A: There is potential for it to stain. We suggest applying baking soda to the stain (dry shirt) and rubbing it in and letting it sit for 24 hours before washing, or use our Cleaning Paste and allow it to sit for a few hours before washing.
Q: How do I apply this for the most benefit?
A: Apply to specific clogged areas, or over the entire breast to encourage milk flow.
Q: My product arrived melted. What should I do?
A: The quality of this product is not affected. Simply place the item in the fridge to re-harden it!

Buy this, buy this now. I’ve dealt with clogged ducts pretty frequently with my second baby. It leaves me feeling awful, early mastitis symptoms, and recovery takes about a week. Sunflower Lecithin helped some but not enough. I bought this and got it while I was dealing with a clogged duct. It lessened the pain and reduced recovery time. This is one Earthley product I CANNOT be without. I tend towards overproduction of milk and am very prone to clogs. Breastfeeding moms you need this!! Okay this is long so hang in there. The past couple months I’ve been getting HUGE plugged ducts in the same spot about every other week.
