Return Policy & Cancellations

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order after it is placed, please contact customercare@earthley.com ASAP.  Most orders ship out within 1 – 2 business days, so prompt contact is needed.

If you contact us before your order has shipped, we will refund you in full and cancel your order.

If you contact us after your order has been shipped, please mark the box “RETURN TO SENDER” and send the package back to us unopened.  Once we have received your order, we will refund you minus shipping charges.

Returns and Exchanges

Earthley accepts returns under the following conditions:

  • Unopened products, within 30 days of purchase
  • Products with a defect/issue

We are unable to accept returns on opened products without a defect.

If you need to return an unopened product, please contact us to ship it back.  Customer pays shipping unless the product had an issue that was our fault.

In the case where it has been more than 30 days since the product was received (counted from time it arrived at your location, not from pick-up time or time the package was opened), products that are not damaged cannot be returned.  Our products have a shelf life and cannot be resold after a certain point.

If a product is defective, please email us pictures of the product issue.  If a product has broken or spilled during shipping, require these pictures to be able to send your replacement product.  Once we have talked to you, we will ship out a replacement product within 3 business days.  If there is any delay (i.e. if the product is out of stock), we will contact you to make arrangements or issue a refund.
