I want to love this product, however both my husband and I get nosebleeds easily from any kind of sinus meds and unfortunately this was no exception. I took this one time because I started sneezing in the early afternoon but by night time I ended up with a nosebleed so I decided best to only take if you are actually congested. My husband several weeks later wasn’t feeling well and was congested so I gave him just 5 drops of the Sinus Saver to test it out before giving him a full dose as he gets bad nose bleeds. The 5 drops went fine 2 days in a row so I tried giving him 10 drops and he ended up with a nosebleed so I had to bring it back down to 5 drops again. So if you tend to get nosebleeds stick with a child size dose of no more than 5 drops and try increasing just 1 drop at a time to see how it goes before trying a full dose.
