Not only is this a fantastic addition to a daily diet, it is an awesome deal! 8 ounces of powder and 1/2 – 1 teaspoon a day means that it will last a very long time! I mixed this with juice once but usually just mix it with water. The greens taste takes a little getting used to but it’s really not bad at all. I haven’t felt too affected by the caffeine in it which is good because sometimes I have taken it before bed.
