I started using this product approximately a month and a half ago. I bought this product (in combination with Natural Balance) as a hailmary attempt to stop my hair from falling out (unknown reasons)–thought it could be hormonal (not postpartum). As soon as I started these products, the extreme hairloss haunted almost a week later (after several other approaches had been tried for a month prior). I can’t say for sure– but the timing is just too coincidental! I think this took care of my hairloss issue. The taste is bearable alone (kind of on the sweet side), but I prefer to mix mine in orange juice with my Natural Balance supplement. I will definitely continue taking this supplement to help with brain fog & thyroid issues!

I’ve only been taking this for about 2 weeks now, and I was hoping it would help me with my difficulty generating my own body heat especially in the evenings/night. I haven’t noticed a difference, but I’ll keep taking it and see if I notice a difference by the time I finish my 2oz bottle. I like that this is made with glycerine instead of alcohol. It makes it more palatable. I haven’t had a dramatically noticeable difference, and I do wish there were more guidance and detailed suggested usage. Thank get that there a huge fear of being shut down or sued in this nature of product, but I don’t like to stray too far from recommended dosage, yet I feel like tripling this dosage would likely have a positive effect.
