Usage
- Kids: Take 3 – 5 drops per day
- Adults: Take 1 dropper (20 – 30 drops) 1 time per day, or as needed.

A: Natural Balance is not safe for pregnancy unless under the care of a physician due to the potent licorice root. Natural Balance is safe for breastfeeding babies if mom is taking a normal daily dose, but not if she is taking large doses multiple times a day.
