DIY Cocoa Calm Brownies

Makes: 9 brownies Ingredients: ½ cup melted butter or coconut oil ¾ cup coconut sugar (or brown sugar) 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 scoops Earthley's Cocoa Calm ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder ½ cup all-purpose or einkorn flour ½ tsp baking powder ¼ tsp sea salt Optional: ½ cup dark chocolate chips or chopped walnuts

Directions:

Step 1: Prep Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease or line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

Step 2: Mix the Wet Ingredients In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter, coconut sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Step 3: Add the Dry Ingredients Stir in the Cocoa Calm, cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and sea salt until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips or walnuts, if using.
