SALES AND PROMOTIONS GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Sales and Promotions General Terms and Conditions (“Sales Terms”) applies to all sales, discounts, and other product promotions (collectively, “discounts” or a “discount”) undertaken by Earthley Wellness. These Sales Terms, however, do not apply to “Scribe & Thrive” purchases, any other discounts that are specifically excluded by their own terms, or to the extent the terms and conditions of a specific discount conflict with these Sales Terms. In the event of such a conflict, the terms and conditions of the specific discount apply to the extent they conflict with these Sales Terms.

1. You are not permitted to combine discounts. If more than one discount is available for a particular purchase, the discount that provides the most savings to you will apply.
2. You are not permitted to use discounts to purchase gift cards.
3. You may use previously purchased gift cards to purchase products that are also subject to a discount.
4. All discounts are taken before tax, shipping costs, and other fees, and are applied to the actual product price only.
5. If an available discount is not reflected in your cart total, please make sure the green box at the top of the cart is checked.
6. You can shop the same discount more than once, however, each purchase is separate and will not be combined afterward for the purpose of obtaining larger or different discount.
