7/24/26

We've all had those meals that just don't sit right. And there's nothing like a comforting cup of stomach-soothing herbs to help bring things back into balance.

You know that moment when the bloating finally softens, or the ickiness eases—that's what both ginger and fennel have been helping do for our stomachs for generations. And that's what makes this simple tea a go-to for the whole family's tummy troubles.

What You'll Need:

1 tsp dried ginger root (or 2–3 thin slices fresh ginger)

1 tsp fennel seeds, lightly crushed

1½ cups filtered water

Optional: 1 tsp raw honey (for children over 1 year old and adults)

Optional: squeeze of fresh lemon

How to Make It:

Bring the water to a gentle boil.

Add the ginger and crushed fennel seeds.

Reduce heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes.

Strain into a mug.

Sweeten with honey or add lemon if desired.

How to Enjoy It:

Sip warm after meals or whenever digestive support is desired.

Adults: 1 cup, up to 2–3 times daily.

Children: Offer a few sips to ½ cup, depending on age and preference. Allow the tea to cool to a safe temperature before serving.
