    Nutrition is important and that’s especially true if you’re breastfeeding momma. This guide is a wealth of information for not only why nutrition is important (spoiler alert it effects baby’s developing gut health) but what that looks like practically. This is a must read for every new mom, I just wish I had this information when I my oldest was born.
