How to Use
For Gut Health Support, take these drops orally (under the tongue, just swallowing, or in water/juice) and once daily.
- Ages 1-6: 5 drops
- Ages 7-12: 10 drops
- Ages 13+: 20 drops
Start slowly: 1 – 3 drops per day, then increase slowly. If that is still too fast (e.g., if you’re feeling off, have an upset stomach, or have a sudden flare-up of skin problems), try alternating days.

- Gently swish it around through your teeth, gums, and the entire mouth for 15 - 20 mins.
- Do not swallow (the aim is to pull out toxins). Spit into a paper towel or trash can (oils shouldn't go down a sink to avoid clogging drains).
- Rinse mouth with warm water and brush teeth.
