It can be helpful to keep this blend handy for those tense moments that come up. When you have what you need to support your body, the sooner you can get back to what matters—whether that’s spending time with loved ones or enjoying a moment of peace and quiet just for you.
And if making your own feels like yet another thing to add to the list, no worries. We created our Pain Potion tincture so you can get the support you need without having to work for it.
FAQs
Is this tincture safe for kids?
This blend is recommended for kids ages 6 years and up.
How long does this tincture last?
If made with alcohol and stored in a cool, dark place, this tincture can last at least 2-3 years. Glycerin-based versions typically have a shorter shelf life of about 1–2 years.
When should I use this tincture?
Many people keep this on hand for times when they feel tension or discomfort building—like after a long day, during stressful moments, or when their body just needs a little extra support.
Can I adjust the herb blend?
Absolutely! Herbalism is flexible. While this combination is designed to support a healthy inflammatory response and overall comfort, you can tweak it based on what you have or what works best for your body.
Can I use fresh herbs instead of dried?
Yes, but you’ll need to make a few adjustments. Fresh herbs contain more moisture, which can dilute the tincture. If using fresh herbs, leave them out to dry for a day, chop them up, fill the jar about half to three-quarters full, and be sure to use alcohol (not glycerin) to help preserve the mixture properly.
