How to Use
Take once daily (but can be taken more than once per day without issue).
Daily Dosage:
- Ages 1 - 5: 20 drops
- Ages 6 - 12: 20 - 40 drops
- Ages 13+: 40-60 drops
Can mix it into juice or tea to make it easier to take. Tastes sweet and minty!
One 4 oz bottle will last 1 - 2 months. (Some women choose to take 1 - 2 tsp per day if they are pregnant/breastfeeding and have greater needs).
One 8 oz bottle will last approximately 3 - 4 months for one person.
