First, we use nettle leaf. Nettle helps to block histamine and relieve some seasonal allergy symptoms. (Plus, it’s an amazingly nourishing plant.)
Then, we add turmeric root and black pepper. Turmeric root contains curcumin, which helps to reduce histamine. It’s also anti-inflammatory. Black pepper makes turmeric work even better!
We also add elderberry, which contains quercetin, which helps to reduce inflammation and histamine levels.
Finally, we add dandelion root, which helps to support a healthy liver (your liver helps to clear unneeded histamines). Put together, it’s a powerful combination of awesome!
