Soak a cloth lightly in oil. Apply to area needed to treat and cover with a heating pad. (Purchase one of our Flax Heating Pads HERE.) Rest for 30 - 60 minutes. Repeat as needed.
One cloth can be used 20 - 30 times. Cloths can be washed or replaced.
Shelf life is approximately 1 year.
Safe for ages 2+.
Safe for use while pregnant or breastfeeding but not recommended to use over the lower abdomen when pregnant.
