Magnesium Lotion
Original, Sensitive, Blueberry Vanilla, Hey Sunshine, and Moonlight Bloom: Safe for all ages.
Notes:
- Original: Does contain shea butter.
- Sensitive is recommended for anyone with sensitive skin. It uses kokum butter in place of shea butter and has no essential oils.
- Blueberry Vanilla: Uses kokum butter in place of shea butter.
- Blue Bliss: Does contain shea butter.
- Moonlight Bloom: Does contain shea butter.
- Hey Sunshine: May cause photosensitivity; however, the dilution of EO in this product is much lower than 4%. For those who may be affected, avoid excessive sun exposure for 18 hours after using.
*Magnesium may irritate broken skin - do not use it on cuts or open wounds. If you notice loose stools, use less.

Magnesium Lotion - Usage
Apply a pea-sized amount to the legs or belly 10 - 15 minutes before bedtime. Use slightly more for adults. Approximately 100 mg of magnesium per tsp.
It is safe to use more depending on your needs and to apply at other times of day. Apply to the affected area for sore muscles or occasional headaches.

Use once per day for best results:
- Ages 2 - 6: 5 drops
- Ages 7 - 12: 10 drops
- Ages 13+: 20 drops
